Getting started

Sign in, pick a plan, and your agent is provisioned automatically. Start chatting right from the web dashboard, or connect Telegram or the iOS app for mobile access. Your agent can research topics, set reminders, analyze documents, and more.

Go to your dashboard and follow the Telegram connection instructions. You'll get a pairing code to link your Telegram account to your agent. It takes about 30 seconds.

Your agent can search the web, analyze documents you share, set up scheduled automations, manage reminders, and have intelligent conversations. It runs on Anthropic's Claude and learns your preferences over time.

Billing & credits

Your subscription includes a monthly credit allowance for AI usage. Each interaction costs credits based on the model and context length. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. If you need more, you can buy top-up packs from the app — those don't expire until used.

Your agent pauses until your next billing cycle resets your allowance, or until you buy a top-up pack. There are no surprise charges — you always control your spending.

Open your dashboard and click "Manage" on the Subscription card. This opens the billing portal where you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (Dashboard → Subscription → Manage). You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your agent data is preserved for 30 days in case you resubscribe.

Troubleshooting

If your agent takes longer than usual, it may be processing a complex task. Wait a minute and try again. Check your dashboard to verify the agent status shows "running". If it shows "suspended" or "failed", your credits may have run out or there may be a technical issue — contact us and we'll investigate.

Provisioning typically takes 30-60 seconds. If your agent isn't ready after a few minutes, try refreshing your dashboard. If the issue continues, email us with your account email and we'll sort it out immediately — no one pays for a broken setup.

Try unlinking and re-linking Telegram from your dashboard. If the issue persists, contact us. Your agent's memory and configuration are preserved — reconnecting just re-establishes the communication channel.

Security & privacy

Yes. Your agent runs in an isolated container on dedicated infrastructure — no other user can access your data. We don't train on your conversations. See our security page for details on our three-layer defense model.

Only if you explicitly connect your email from the dashboard. Email integration is optional and you control the access level. We're building an email privacy layer that will mask sensitive content (like OTPs and passwords) before your agent sees them.

Your agent is suspended and your workspace data is backed up for 30 days. After that, it's permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us.
